Filmed between 1999 and 2000, Soldiers United for Cash captures one of the only substantial on-camera documents of DJ Screw during the final years of his life. Alongside freestyles, concerts, and interviews with members of the Screwed Up Click including Big Moe, Big Pokey, Z-Ro, Lil Flip, and HAWK, the film features rare studio footage of Screw creating his signature slowed-down mixes and reflecting on the origins of the chopped and screwed sound that transformed Southern hip-hop.
